1. Eligibility: To join the Bogoni Research Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid email address. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you’re responsible for promoting Bogoni Research products and services ethically and lawfully. You’ll drive traffic and referrals to our website using approved promotional materials and your unique affiliate link.
3. Commission Structure: Earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link. Commission rates vary, and payments are made monthly in Rand currency, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
4. Promotional Materials: Access approved banners, text links, and marketing assets to promote Bogoni Research on your website, blog, or social media channels.
5. Compliance: Adhere to all laws, regulations, and guidelines when promoting Bogoni Research. Avoid deceptive or unethical marketing practices that could harm our reputation.
6. Termination: Bogoni Research reserves the right to terminate your affiliate participation for violation of these terms or other reasons deemed appropriate. Any outstanding commissions will be forfeited upon termination.

Links/Graphics: You’ll receive a unique Affiliate Code to use in links and banners provided. Ensure proper formatting and adherence to guidelines.

Referral Fees/Commissions: Earn commissions on eligible product sales resulting from referrals through your unique link.

Payment Schedule: Payments begin once you’ve earned over R50 in affiliate income and occur monthly.

Customer Definition: Customers who purchase through your referral link are deemed Bogoni Research customers, subject to our policies.

Your Responsibilities: Maintain your website and ensure accurate, lawful, and appropriate content. Comply with all laws and regulations governing email marketing.

Compliance with Laws: You’re responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws.

Term of Agreement: This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party.

Termination: Bogoni Research may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. Outstanding commissions above R50 will be paid upon termination.

Relationship of Parties: You and Bogoni Research are independent contractors; this Agreement does not create any partnership or employment relationship.

Limitations of Liability: We’re not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or the Program.

Disclaimers: We make no warranties or representations about the Program or products sold through it.

Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement is governed by United States law and constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bogoni Research.
